I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2007, bringing over fifteen years of experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional, relational, and cultural challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked in outpatient clinics, psychiatric facilities, field-based programs, and private practice, gaining valuable insight into diverse therapeutic approaches and client needs.
These varied experiences have shaped my well-rounded and compassionate approach to therapy, allowing me to understand the many ways life’s challenges can impact mental health and relationships. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences, which has deepened my ability to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space for every client.
